Chautala's warning

GURGAON, JULY 17. The Haryana Chief Minister, Om Parkash Chautala, today warned that if the Punjab Act annulling all water agreements was not withdrawn, Haryana might follow suit and annul the Yamuna water accord. This could result in a water shortage in Delhi.
