AICC revamped

NEW DELHI, JULY 17. The Congress president, Sonia Gandhi, today effected a major revamp of the All-India Congress Committee. R.K. Dhawan and Vyalar Ravi were dropped from the highest policy-making body, the CWC, as well as the team of general secretaries.
