Katiyar quits

LUCKNOW, JULY 18. The Uttar Pradesh BJP president, Vinay Katiyar, today stepped down from the post after the party leadership asked him to quit in the wake of the BJP's rout in the recent Lok Sabha elections. The former Assembly Speaker, Keshrinath Tripathi, will take his place.
