Partly cloudy

CHENNAI, JULY 18. The sky on Monday will be partly cloudy with possibility of development of thunderclouds during evening or night. On Sunday, the maximum temperature recorded at Nungambakkam was 35.3 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature was 27.4 degrees Celsius. At Meenambakkam, the maximum temperature recorded was 36.3 degrees Celsius, and the minimum 27.6 degrees Celsius. Humidity level was 67 per cent and 62 per cent respectively.

Power cut

Power supply will be suspended in Kellys, Vyasarpadi, Kadaperi, Stanley, Porur, Sowcarpet (East), Seven Wells, Royapuram, Egmore, Kilpauk, Anna Salai, Tidel Park and Sembium on Tuesday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. for maintenance work.

Health camp

Around 200 patients were treated for various ailments at a camp organised by the Hindu Mission Hospital, Tambaram at Urapakkam today. The camp was held at the Government Adhidravida Welfare Elementary School from 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.
