India, China border talks likely next week

BEIJING, JULY 18. The third round of the India-China special representatives-level boundary talks are likely to be held in New Delhi during July 26-27, sources said here. It is understood that Beijing is likely to endorse these dates proposed by New Delhi. The meeting would be the first between India's new National Security Adviser, J.N.
