KOZHIKODE JULY 19. The remuneration for valuation of answer papers for degree and post-graduate examinations of the University of Calicut has been increased. This was decided at a meeting of the university Syndicate today. The valuation remuneration for degree exams has been raised from Rs. 4 to Rs. 6 and that for post-graduate examination Rs. 6 to Rs. 8. The Syndicate also gave nod for starting a regular degree course in multimedia. It decided to sanction 10 more seats in Arts and Mathematics and five seats each in Science courses in colleges that had sought more seats.
