Piyush-Ajay duo wins

HYDERABAD, JULY 19. Piyush Agarwal and G. R. Ajay Kumar defeated P. Vinay Kumar Reddy and P. Vijay Kumar Reddy 15-12, 15-10 in the boys' under-19 doubles final of the Tharakanath memorial Hyderabad district badminton tournament at Fateh Maidan Indoor Stadium here on Monday.

The results: Boys doubles: Final: Piyush Agarwal/G. R. Ajay Kumar bt P. Vinay Kumar Reddy/P. Vijay Kumar Reddy 15-12, 15-10.

Veterans singles: 45 years & above: Ambrose bt Aizaz Ahmed 15-11, 15-8.

Doubles: Raghavaiah/Ambrose bt Aizaz Ahmed/Rajendra Prasad 15-9, 15-12.
