Two women escape from Home

HYDERABAD, JULY 19. Four woman inmates of Yousufguda State Home escaped from their room by cutting an iron bar of ventilator on Monday. The inmates--yothi, Chittemma, Krishna Kumari and Varalakshmi--cut off the iron bar with a hacksaw blade and sneaked out through the ventilator with a rope, the Sanjeevareddynagar police said.

Student killed in mishap

A final year student of engineering course, Vijay Katgiri (20), died on Sunday after an A.P.S.R.T.C. bus hit the motorcycle he was riding near Ramanthapur Government Text Books go-down.
