HYDERABAD, JULY 19. The city BJP leaders have deplored the cut in budgetary allocation to the Municipal Coporation and lack of financial provision for the ambitious storm water drains project. Addressing media persons here on Monday, the city BJP president, Venkata Ramani, and the Deputy Mayor, Subhash Chandar, said the first ever city MLAs meeting convened by the Chief Minister, Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy, on Friday last did not spell out any concrete measures for infrastructure development of the city. They demanded that all the dues and the State Government grants to the MCH be released besides the Rs.50 crores that was cut from its budgetary allocation.
