Judges inspect inaugural arrangements

MADURAI, JULY 22. A committee of Madras High Court Judges, comprising D. Murugesan, K. Govindarajan and A. Kulasekaran, inspected the arrangements for the inauguration of the Madras High Court Bench here today.

The committee went round the Bench buildings and visited the venue of the inaugural function. Meanwhile, 123 employees transferred from the Madras High Court joined duty here.

The case bundles have been despatched in four container lorries from Chennai to Madurai, official sources said.

The containers, which started from Chennai this morning, are sealed and provided with police escort.
