Letters to the Editor
Sir, The Government's statement that the three Indians who have been taken hostage in Iraq went on their own accord is irresponsible. Today, they are among those who face death for willy-nilly helping the U.S. aggression on Iraq. They were forced to go to work in such an explosive environment because of the Indian state's inability to ensure employment for all. The Government should order all Indians out of Iraq till the country is free from the U.S. war machine and its puppet regime.
Harish Dhawan,
