Hero Honda-SBI card for more cities
VISAKHAPATNAM: Hero Honda SBI Credit Card, launched in the four metros in 2001 as an innovative customer relationship facility, would be extended to 60 more cities because of the good response, the Hero Honda Motors' Area Manager (Andhra Pradesh), A. Srinivasu, has announced at the launch of the cards here on Wednesday. The chief executive officer of SBI Card, Roopam Asthana, said the cards, issued to Hero Honda's passport programme members, had several customer-friendly features, including waiver of the 2.5 per cent surcharge on petrol purchased from Indian Oil and Indo-Burma Petroleum pumps, tiered interest rate going down to a minimum of 1.75 per cent and customised accident insurance cover on death/hospitalisation.
