Keltron FC wins

NAZARETH, JULY 22. Keltron Football Club, Kannur entered the semifinals of the fifth annual Margoschis Memorial Trophy all-India football tournament defeating Kanyakumari DFA 4-3 via the tie-breaker here on Thursday.

In the tie-breaker, Anilkumar, Sajesh, Santhosh and Manojkumar scored for Keltron.

Winsan, Vino and Kalaiselvan were the Kanyakumari team's scorers.

On Wednesday, Kanyakumari beat Eagles club, Chennai 6-5 via the tie-breaker, after the teams were level 1-1 at full-time. — Our Correspondent
