NEW DELHI, JULY 22. The chartered accountant-turned-educationist K. Rahman Khan of the Congress was today unanimously elected Deputy Chairman of the Rajya Sabha. The Shiv Sena's Eknath Thakur withdrew his symbolic candidature.
