Speaker anguished

NEW DELHI, JULY 22. The Lok Sabha Speaker, Somnath Chatterjee, today expressed anguish at the way some members were conducting themselves in the House. He told the members that "you don't even allow the Chair to speak" and seemed to behave as if the Chair was "totally irrelevant."
