Cloudy sky forecast

The forecast for Friday is that the sky will be generally cloudy.

The city recorded a maximum temperature of 26.4 degrees Celsius and a minimum of 20.0 degrees Celsius on Thursday. Rainfall was trace and the relative humidity was 66 per cent.

At the airport, the maximum temperature was 26 degrees Celsius while the minimum was 19.2 degrees Celsius. Rainfall was trace while the relative humidity was 66 per cent.

Results

The Karnataka State Secondary Education Examination Board will announce the results of the Open Schools examination on Saturday at 11 a.m. The examination was held in May 2004.

Scholarship

The Pragati Education Foundation has invited applications for scholarship from poor students studying in Class VIII and Class IX.

A sum of up to Rs. 3,000 will be paid only to those who have secured 75 per cent or more marks in the previous examination.
