CUDDAPAH, JULY 23. The Kulavivaksha Vyatireka Porata Sangham on Friday demanded booking of an SC/ST case against the Pulivendula Mandal Educational Officer, Narayana Reddy, for allegedly hitting with a slipper the headmaster, Lakshminarayana, of an upper primary school at Basireddipalle in Pulivendula mandal. In separate statements, the KVPS district president, D.C. Venkataiah and secretary, C. Babu, alleged that the MEO abused the headmaster, a Dalit, in the name of caste.
