Bomb hoax in Supreme Court

NEW DELHI,
JULY 23.
The Delhi police were thrown into a tizzy following a phone call claiming that a bomb had been planted in the Supreme Court premises here. After more than three hours of search, the call was declared a hoax.
According to police, the call was received by the duty officer of Supreme Court security around 11 a.m. The caller claimed that a bomb had been planted on the premises and it could explode any time. The officer informed the Police Control Room.
The local police, the bomb disposal squad and the fire brigade personnel reached the spot.
