Examinations postponed

KOCHI, JULY 24. The Cochin University of Science and Technology (Cusat) and the Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit have postponed its examinations to be held on July 26 and 27 respectively in view of the holiday declared by the Government for educational institutions in the State.

Cusat has postponed the LLB (first semester) supplementary examinations scheduled to be held on July 26 to July 29.

The viva voce for the second semester of M.Phil. Physics to be held on July 26 has also been postponed.

The new date will be announced later.

Counselling put off

The University has postponed the counselling for MBA and MIB courses to be held on July 26 and 27.

The admission for the M.Tech (CASAD) course at the Department of Ship Technology has also been postponed to July 28.

The classes for the first year postgraduate programmes scheduled to begin on July 26 has been postponed to July 28.

The special supplementary examination for B.Tech fifth semester (papers 504, 505 and 506) will be conducted on July 28, 30 and August 2 respectively.

Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit has postponed all its examinations to be held on July 26 and 27.

Holiday for schools

The Rajagiri Public School will remain closed on July 26 and 27. Saraswathi Vidyanikethan Senior Secondary School and Toc-H Public School will remained closed on July 26.

The School of Engineering and Technology at Karukutty and the School of Communication and Management Studies will remain closed on July 26 and 27.
