Rainbow HC beats CHA-Madikeri

BANGALORE, JULY 25. Rainbow Hockey Club defeated CHA-Madikeri 2-1 in a Deccan Herald State `A' division league at the KSHA Stadium here on Sunday. Monish Kalappa and Manoj scored for the victors while P. Kaveriappa shot CHA's lone goal home.

Earlier, DBHA scored a 2-1 victory over BEL. Initially, DBHA trailed by a lone goal after BEL struck early through Jeevan. However DBHA surged back into the game, with Sreejesh equalising. Naveen eventually scored the winner.

In another match, Bombers and Kodava Samaja were locked in a goalless draw.
