KANCHEEPURAM, JULY 26. A total of 60 students of the Panchayat Union Government School, Padalam near Chengalpattu, developed stomach pain today after taking noon meal in their school. According to the police, the pupils complained that they were suffering from severe stomach pain after taking the noon meal. They were rushed to the Chengalpattu Medical College hospital, where they were treated as outpatients. On coming to know about the incident, parents of other students (41 pupils who had also taken noon meal along with the 60 students) brought their wards to the hospital and got them treated, the police said.
