Subex buys Alcatel arm

BANGALORE: Subex Systems has bought out the `fraud management product' of Alcatel for $3 million, in cash, the company's President and Chief Executive Officer, Subash Menon, told reporters here on Tuesday. In time, Subex expected Alcatel's 18 clients to migrate to Subex's own fraud management product, till which time "we will support their existing software," Mr. Menon said. — Our Staff Reporter
