Vibank Housing shifts branch

MANGALORE: The local branch of Vibank Housing Finance Ltd., a subsidiary of Vijaya Bank, will be shifted to new premises at Kanachur complex, Kankanady by-pass road, here on Thursday. The branch is at present operating at its Light House Hill Road premises, a release from Naga Shiroor, branch manager of the company, here stated. The Commissioner of Mangalore City Corporation, V. S. Nayak, will inaugurate the new premises. The Assistant General Manager, Vijaya Bank, Regional Office, Mangalore, K. Sadananda Hegde, will be present on the occasion. The company has ten branches in the southern States, including three in Bangalore, one each in Hubli, Mysore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai and Mangalore. — Our Staff Correspondent
