Two killed

CHENNAI, JULY 27. Two persons were killed in separate accidents yesterday. Both accidents took place around 9.30 a.m., during peak hour traffic.

On Menambal Salai near Korattur, Mangalalakshmi, a pillion rider, died after the motorcycle was knocked down by a petroleum tanker.

On Demellos Road at Pattalam, Ramesh (20), a carpenter, was killed after a cargo lorry hit his cycle.
