By Our Staff Reporter

KOCHI, JULY 27. The Cochin University of Science and Technology (Cusat) today set a record by announcing the results of the B.Tech. examinations in 45 days.

The Vice-Chancellor, Cyriac Thomas, congratulated the rank-holders at a function organised on the campus today. He released a prototype of the high-security marklist being issued by the university from this year.

Apart from a hologram and a bar code, the new marklist would have many security features that only the university authorities could identify, the Controller of Examinations, A. Ramachandran, said.

Nearly 48 per cent of the 3,136 students who took the final semester examinations in May-June emerged victorious. They were from 14 affiliated colleges and two university colleges.
