CHENNAI, JULY 28. IOB notched up a ten-wicket win over SPIC on the third day of round five in the SPIC-TNCA first division league here on Wednesday.

IOB 439 for six decl. & 22 without loss in 2.5 overs bt SPIC 184 & 274 in 115 overs (S. Vijayasarathy 51, R. Ashwin 88, L.N. Prasad Reddy 72 not out, K.N. Ananthapadmanabhan four for 71), at SPIC-YMCA. IOB 8, SPIC 0.

Indian Bank 429 for six decl. & 29 for two in 12.5 overs drew with SICAL 247 in 110 overs (V. Gautham 44, S. Vasudevan 43, R. Jesuraj four for 61, K. Chakradhar Rao four for 77), at Viveka-SICAL. Indian Bank 5; SICAL 2.

Alwarpet 320 & 161 for two in 29 overs (A.G. Srinivas 45, M. Vijay 79) drew with State Bank 263 in 102.5 overs (S. Manivanan 63, H. Gopinath 72, Stuart Binny four for 70), at MAC. Alwarpet 5; SBI 2.
