GTB board meet on August 4

HYDERABAD, JULY 28. (Ahead of its announced merger with Oriental Bank of Commerce, the audited financial results of the beleaguered private sector Global Trust Bank (GTB) Limited for the year ended March 31, 2004, will be considered by the board of directors at its meeting scheduled to be held on August 4.

The information was furnished pursuant to Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement, the bank said in a release. — UNI
