New Horizons to expand in South India
BANGALORE: New Horizons India Ltd., a joint venture between New Horizons Worldwide Inc., a global IT trainer for enterprise customers, and Shriram Global Technologies, will invest around Rs. 60 crores to expand its IT training business in South India and to Sri Lanka, over the next three years, a senior company executive told reporters here on Wednesday. Ajay Sharma, President and Chief Executive Officer, New Horizons India, said the company planned to start 40 centres in South India and Sri Lanka. The company had signed up with two colleges to offer courses leading to international certification on software programming using Oracle and Linux, he said.
