Malabar food festival
KOZHIKODE: The passengers of Air India (AI) can relish Malabar dishes for a month on board as part of the Malabar food festival organised by AI in association with SAJ Flight Services. Announcing the festival starting from August 1, AI Manager, Sunil Deshmukh, said the food festivals were in line with the AI CMD, V. Thulasidas's vision in organising theme food fests on board especially for Gulf Malayalees. Kerala was an important region in the network because of its exceptional food, cultural and tourism factors, he said. C. M. Manuel, regional director-Kerala, SAJ Flight Services (SFS), and V.
