BANGKOK, JULY 30. Cutting short his stay with the Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh, for the BIMST-EC meeting here, the Commerce and Industry Minister, Kamal Nath, is rushing back to Geneva tonight as last-ditch efforts are being mounted to resolve the deadlock in the World Trade Organisation negotiations on the framework agreement. Mr. Kamal Nath, who joined the Prime Minister's entourage from Geneva to attend the BIMST-EC meet, said there was still no agreement on the draft proposal . UNI
