Iran arrests 18 Tamil Nadu fishermen

DUBAI, JULY 31. Eighteen Indian fishermen based in Qatar have been taken into custody by Iranian authorities for allegedly entering the territorial waters of that country.

The fishermen, who are from Tamil Nadu, were nabbed from their two boats, The Gulf Times reported. — UNI
