CHANDIGARH, JULY 31. The Punjab police said today that it had not found "anything incriminating" in the passport forgery case against Maninder Pal Singh Kohli, prime suspect in the rape and murder of British teenager, Hannah Foster. The Patiala police chief, A.S. Rai, said that Kohli was now free and it was up to the authorities concerned to extradite him in the rape and murder case. "As far as we are concerned our investigation in the passport forgery case registered against Kohli [in Mohali] has not found anything incriminating so far. We also produced him in the Kharar Court today before the expiry of his police remand and now he is in judicial custody and lodged in the Patiala Central jail." Mr. Rai said. PTI
