HYDERABAD, JULY 31. The Chief Minister, Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy, has announced the formation of three `think tanks' for Information Technology (IT), IT Enabled Services (ITES) and Hardware under a joint industry-Government initiative. It is expected that each will have about 20 to 25 members drawn from the industry and the Government. He was addressing a gathering after inaugurating `Satyam Cyber Space', a development centre of Satyam Computer Services, at Madhapur here today. The Union Minister, Dayanidhi Maran, inaugurated the SDE Prameela Techno Park, the complex housing the Satyam Cyber Space. Dr. Rajasekhara Reddy sought to allay fears and assured the IT sector of the Government's support. "We will strive to do everything possible to see that the pre-eminent position is bestowed upon us," he said.
