Arrest drift: Ramachandran

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, JULY 31. The Vice-Chairman of the Planning Board, V. Ramachandran, has said that institutions which have strayed from the path of service and which are interested only in their existence are standing in the way of Kerala's development. He was inaugurating the Bharatheeya Vichara Kendram's State conference in Thiruvananthapuram today. He lamented that even the Government was surrendering to organised forces instead of to national and social interests. Few dared to raise voice against them or point out their mistake.
