VISAKHAPATNAM, JULY 31. A meeting of the Joint Consultative Machinery (JCM), the highest forum of Navy, will be held here on August 10 to discuss the pending demands of the civilian employees. The Assistant Chief of Personnel, V.S. Mathur, the Principal Director and the Director of Civilian Personnel, O. Leary and J.S. Joshi, will represent the Naval Headquarters. Staff side leaders from the Western Naval Command and the Southern Naval Command including the senior trade union leader, Samuel Augustine, will attend the meeting.
