VISAKHAPATNAM, AUG. 2. The Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation has donated Rs. 50,000 towards renovation of a room in the Department of Dermatology in the King George Hospital, where a psoralein and ultra-violet A (PUVA) therapy unit will be installed shortly. The unit would be the first of its kind to be installed at a Government hospital in the State, the Head of the Department of Dermatology, G. Raghurama Rao, said on Monday. He thanked the Mayor, Rajana Ramani, and the Municipal Commissioner, N. Srikanth, for donating the sum to the department which expedited the process of setting up the unit.
