PONDICHERRY, AUG. 3. Pondicherry University has launched a `Study India' programme under which foreign students can do courses in Indian culture, heritage, literature, philosophy, religion, ancient science, astrology, yoga and meditation, dance and music, art and architecture, Indian medicine, environmental studies and women's welfare programmes. The university's Public Relations Officer, N. Arunagiri, said today that the university would also offer courses in French and the history and culture of Pondicherry.
