BEL draws with ASC `B'

BANGALORE, AUG 3. Bharat Electronics Limited and Army Supply Corps `B' played out a 2-2 draw in Pool A of the Deccan Herald `A' division league hockey tournament. Both teams have qualified for the semifinal league which commences here on Thursday. Aug. 4 will be a rest day.

In Pool `B' Rainbow Hockey Club was the second team to qualify with a 4-2 win over Reserve Bank of India. The semifinal round robin league has three teams relegated from the Super Division (MEG `B', ASC `A', ITI) and SAI `B' which will join the qualifiers from the recently conducted matches.
