Cops asked to make senior citizens' list

By Our Staff Reporter

NEW DELHI, AUG. 3. Apart from reviewing security arrangements for the forthcoming Independence Day celebrations, the Delhi Police Commissioner, K. K. Paul, today also asked his men to prepare a senior citizens' vulnerability list in their respective areas. He also asked them to focus on school children as part of the community policing programme.

Dr. Paul issued these instructions at the fortnightly law and order meeting held at Police Headquarters here. He asked his men to continue vigorously the tenant verification drive to ensure that terrorists do not succeed in setting up a base.
