Tata Telecom renamed

NEW DELHI, AUG. 4. Tata Telecom on Wednesday at its board meeting approved the proposal to rechristen the company as Avaya GlobalConnect Limited, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals. It has also reconstituted its board of directors and elected Mark Leigh as the new Chairman of the rechristened entity.
