Janapatham rejects Government offer

HYDERABAD, AUG. 5. The Organisation for Protection of Democratic Rights (Janapatham) rejected to be a part of the monitoring committee constituted by the State Government to oversee the police-naxal ceasefire.

In a letter to the Home Minister, K. Jana Reddy, the outfit's general secretary, C. Bhaskara Rao, said, they had to reject the offer as the Government did not spell out what has to be monitored.
