LUCKNOW, AUG. 6. In a major reversal, the Uttar Pradesh Government today withdrew the Bill for setting up Mohammad Ali Johar Urdu University in Rampur , in the State Assembly, following objections from different quarters. Sources said Raj Bhawan had also objected to the Bill which forced the Government to withdraw it. The Bill which was introduced in the House yesterday, was to be adopted today on the last day of the monsoon session. The State Parliamentary Affairs Minister, Mohammad Azam Khan, said in the House that the Government was withdrawing the Bill without giving any reasons.
