MUMBAI, AUG. 7. Global hardware major IBM is opting to pick up a minority stake in Indian software products and services company, i-flex Solutions. i-flex intends to issue 98,000 warrants or options to IBM, which are convertible to shares within a period of 18 months from the issue date, i-flex sources said here. The company would seek shareholders approval for the issual of shares at the ensuing annual general meeting to be held on August 19.
