PONDICHERRY, AUG. 8. The Pondicherry Oviyar Mandram (Art Society) has announced a painting competition in a running train on August 16 as part of the golden jubilee celebration of the Liberation day of Pondicherry. A release from the Mandram said children of standards three to nine would be eligible for the competition to be held in a moving train between Pondicherry and Villupuram route. Details can be had from the Art Society or from the art teachers in respective schools.
