Former MLA's charge denied

BANGALORE, AUG. 10. V.G. Siddhartha, son-in-law of the former Chief Minister S.M. Krishna, has denied the charge against him by the former MLA Pramila Nesargi, that he is running a live band on Residency Road here illegally.

Mr. Siddhartha said that he was not associated with the hotel mentioned by Ms. Nesargi. "Such statements seem to have been made with a malicious intention to tarnish my image and that of Mr. Krishna. I will take legal action against people making defamatory statements against me," he added.
