Tricom buys U.S. firm

MUMBAI, AUG. 10. Non-voice business process outsourcing (BPO) major, Tricom India, has acquired the U.S.- based marketing company, Tricom Document Management Inc. for around $20,000, and proposes to invest over $ 1 million in the next one-two years.
