Secova acquires EmpactEBS

CHENNAI, AUG. 10. The Chennai based human resources business process outsourcing company, Secova eServices, has acquired the U.S.-based EmpactEBS, which takes care of benefits verticals in HR BPO. The takeover would enhance Secova's overall value to the customer by being competitive and equipped to offer effective onshore and offshore services, said Venkat Tadanki, Co-founder and CEO of the company at a press conference here.
