VISAKHAPATNAM, AUG. 10. Persons with 10+2 qualifications, including those possessing two year diploma from any institute recognised by the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) or State Council of Vocational Training (SCVT) have been included in the Emigration Clearance Not Required (ECNR) category, according to the Passport Officer, Abhilasha Joshi. The other categories included in the ECNR are persons over 50 years of age and children below 18 years of age provided they are accompanied by any or both parents.
