Entrance for

Group I

An entrance test will be conducted by the AP Study Circle at the Department of Economics in Andhra University on Saturday for screening candidates for its coaching programme for the Group-I Preliminary examination. Candidates who have applied for the test can collect the hall-tickets from the study circle premises near the Government Circuit House by Friday evening.

New ACP

M.S.S. Papa Rao has taken over as the Assistant Commissioner of Police (Armed Reserve) from S. Babu Rao, who was transferred to the Intelligence Department in Hyderabad. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Papa Rao served in Kurnool district.
