ProED launches `Mentor'

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: ProEd, a group company of Maintec Technologies, launched its `Mentor', an IBM mainframe training programme for engineering students in some of the colleges here on Friday. The Managing Director of Maintec Technologies, V. Naveen, in a release said the number of IBM mainframe professionals required by the industry in the country was expected to grow from 7,200 to 15,400 by next year.
